I just aim for about 90sec. daily (DSY). I'm able to place my heels on the ground, but not for long and not that comfortably yet. I sometimes lift my heels during the squat to straighten my back. Besides that, I have a foldable stool too.
Noticed an improvement immediately.💩
So that's what Rodin's Thinker is doing. Besides thinking, that is. 😉
