Ps so looking forward to the programme having already benefited from shoulder cured due to dead hangs, much more mobility thanks to your Asian squat and much more energy thanks to radio Taiso

Hi Pawel I know I have seen it but can you remind me where the push up test is? I think I might have done it but old brain is struggling to recall lol

But remember to apply the DSY principle to it too. I've had some wrist issues, so you can see me changing position mid flight, but in the other video I'm using the kind of handles you place on the floor that make it easier on your wrists too.

It's an indicator of fitness, for you to know how you're improving, to be done not more frequently than once every two weeks (or more).
