I sorry for the loss of your friend Pawel. I am always somewhat active but inconsistent overall. I will go forward with renewed vigor.!

Yes. It's very hard, but not hopeless. My friend Italian “Mario” has finally listened to me. He feels better and looks better - something on which his friends have commented. When I was younger I didn't have this full knowledge and sense of the urgency of the matter. If I did I wouldn't have accepted my, now dead friend's, excuses of the spine problems, lack of time and whatever else. There is always a way to move given all the limitations - look at the Japanese who have demonstrations of Radio Taiso for people in wheelchairs even. I would have gently kept brainwashing her.

My heart is filled with regret at the life cut short.
