I have adapted DSY to FPB. Forget personal bests. I was becoming obsessed with trying to do my walks faster. Stopped since finding your YouTube videos. Thank you

Glad you're off the self-optimization treadmill. :D It's a road to neurosis. There is an article that I will publish one of these days on densifying time and enjoying the moments, such as your walks and paying attention to your surroundings. That's how we live longer, by making every moment fresh.
