Most People Need Better Judgement
I’m doing something differently for supporters

I’m back from a hiatus during which I was helping a relative recover from a fall. Through working with her and talking with her physiotherapist, something became very clear to me:
We really need better judgement about how we approach fitness, and context matters a lot more than we’d like (age, past injuries, etc).
You can do too much, too soon, not enough of the right stuff, or apply the right stuff the wrong way.
The DSY principle is the saving grace. I’m now more convinced than ever that it should be the default for anyone training for health and longevity.
Inspired by this, I’ve started doing something differently behind the scenes. It’s essentially the same level of help I’d normally reserve for people close to me. (Available to longer-term supporters.)
