Hi Pawel, I’m new to your tribe! So pardon me if I have yet to get through your post to know the scientific reasons for your exercise regime that seems very doable - this is definitely a plus!! Lots of movements through the day and DSY! Love it!

Am glad to hear of the 20s x 2 sprints - is this a daily sprint? Would you say that the health benefits are achieved through a combination of slow jogging, stretches etc ?

God forbid daily! 2-3 times a week. And one if you're slacking 😂. Scientific reasons/thinking is on my Buy Me a Coffee page: Sendyka Sprints We've Been on the Right Track or something similar.

I was asked a similar question lately so I can forward you my response on Line.

You can skip the sprints for the Weeks Zero 😁. It's not a race to finish. All the other things will work without it. This is an extra boost for the heart and the energy levels.

I played a lot of soccer in my youth and I stopped about two years ago. For the last 10 years, I just did pick up games with a group of friends, easier and more enjoyable this way. I want to go back to it. Even before you my friend, I had a good sense of DSY, and my knees, considering all that soccer I played, are still ok for more, but in a more restrained and respectful way, adhering to the DSY principle. Thanks again for all you do for us amigo!

Thank you for the encouraging words. Games with friends is best. You know. I think this is actually why I think the Japanese live so long and the western longevity guru's get it wrong with vo2 max and grip strength. The Japanese tend to hang out with friends a lot more while doing stuff together. Your life sounds balanced and fun! Keep up the good work and may DSY be with you... Always. 😁

It's all true. Not propaganda 😊 I'm writing about my own experience. Hope I can brainwash as many people as I can to this way of looking at things.

This is powerfully resonating. What more can I ask when the universe wanted me to read this post as I hit 40 and decided to jog slow but wondered how.

Thank you and looking forward!!

It did not occur to me that never having been an athlete could actually be an advantage, but in your way of looking at it...maybe it is. 😁

I'm happy to see your acronym, DSY has been cleaned up a bit for the more (my) sensitavie ears. At 68, I've only recently stumbled across your vision for fitness without permanent injury, I sincerely think that you're on the right track and I've been following your lead with humility, carry on with your helpful/practical content..

Yes. I washed my mouth/keyboard with soap before publishing the written word on my website and Substack. 😁 Glad you find it useful! Though some people need to be told in no uncertain terms that pushing themselves is no good.
