The Radio Taiso exercises are, uh, magic. Even though I can't comfortably do the jumping one. That short routine really does seem to awaken everything. And it's short enough that I've occasionally done it two or three times throughout the day. Better and faster than caffeine. I also get on the ground and do some floor stretches, as my legs and hips are really tight – and because, like Radio Taiso, they feel really good, and only take another couple of minutes. 69 year old male, BTW.

Glad you like them. They are the best. Honestly a cornerstone to getting fit. And you're using them smart and do other stuff in small doses. Easy does it. Most injuries come from trying to do too much too soon.
