I'm Pawel Sendyka,
and like you, the health and fitness industry has been making a fool out of me for years.
But as I grew older, I (finally!) wised up and decided to look at it as an anthropologist (which is what I am by trade). In the pursuit of comic-book-hero aesthetics (which sell so many products and gym memberships), the health part tends to be forgotten. Only insiders know how many needles and pills it takes to achieve those excellent physiques and what health price has to be paid.
Sendyka Fit Over 40 is my own, more sane approach to being fit, healthy, and strong: science-based, experience-backed, and doable in just 10–15 minutes a day.
