I’m glad you came.
If you’re already a member, head straight to Weeks Zero (A Little Book of DSY) for the gentle start from any fitness level, or jump into Week One of the course proper.
If you’re new, let me introduce myself and tell you what I’m trying to do here.
Hi, I’m Pawel.
Like you, the fitness industry was making a fool out of me for years. As I got older, I finally stepped back and looked at it the way an anthropologist should. The glossy, comic-book physiques that sell products and gym memberships come with needles, pills, and real health costs. That part gets hidden.
My approach is very different. It’s science based, experience backed, and built around short, sustainable sessions. Fifteen to twenty minutes a day. No gym if that’s not your thing. It sure isn’t mine. But training that gets you in shape and keeps you fit, healthy, and strong, is.
The algorithms thrive on new offering pumped into your feed each week, but human body is not that complicated (you might say almost disappointingly so) and doesn’t need hundreds of hours of instruction. The truth about fitness is way simpler than most people think. Once you have the basic principles (or, in the YouTube lingo “secrets”) you’re set. They’re all you need to know to look after your body the way you look after your teeth by brushing regularly. A small routine, every day. The surprising thing is that these “secrets” really are secret in the sense that most people never had a chance to learn them. Yet they’re all you need for solid maintenance and steady progress. I wished I knew them in my teens, my 20s and 30s.
This is the method that helped me rebuild myself in my 40s. It’s working for me now and I’m confident it will work for you.
I’m still building the full program. If you want early access and want to support the project, you can join as a monthly member on Buy Me a Coffee.
Now, about time.
We’re told to invest in stocks and bonds, but rarely told to invest in time. Smart training pays off twice. It gives you more time in the long run and it makes the time you already have far more enjoyable. People don’t really miss being young. They miss being fit, flexible, and free from aches. Training in the right way brings that feeling back. It’s the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth.
